✨ BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT ✔️ Please bring exact change if paying in cash — a convenience fee of 3.5% will apply to all card payments. ✔️ No extra guests or children — this helps keep your appointment calm and focused. ✔️ Hair must be fully detangled — no exceptions, if not a $50 fee will be added to your remaining balance. ✔️ ALL outside hair extensions must be washed and fully dry before appointment, if your extensions require washing or drying upon arrival, a $50 preparation fee will be added to your remaining balance. ✔️ Appointment location will be sent the day before your appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. StyledByRany has a 50% cancellation / no show fee. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify StyledByRany at (615) 669-7590 within 48hrs of scheduled appointment to reschedule. LATE ARRIVALS A 10-minute grace period is given. After 10 minutes, you will be marked late and your appointment will be cancelled or rescheduled to the next available date.
